COUNTDOWN TO BEAST MODE 1 DAY and I made Fajr Prayer w/that Cat again

I actually made morning prayer twice today. 4:01 AM as IslamicCity says and then when the masjid finally opened, again @ 4:16 as IslamicFinders says. For all those out there in KhalifahLand that aren’t muslim, my biggest qualm (not really qualm, but thing i just cant understand) is why such lack of standardization and consistency in the religion that came to standardize and make things consistent.  Holy Qu’ran translations validate themselves with the original arabic as it came off the Prophet’s (rasullalah salla lahu alaihi wassalaam) hand, hadith is basically sahih (or sound) truly base on whether or not it came directly from the Allah (SWT) to the Prophet, the Prophet, his companions or their successors and how many reporters in each stage, the reliability of reporters and whether the links were uniterrupted or uniterupted. But there just seems to be so many different ways to configure prayer time mathematically base on chronological time, even though position of the sun or lack of is the definitive method? Anyway, since i was operating off two different time schedules, i at least found out why i haven’t been coordinating with the brother who leads the prayer on some occassions, as of late (since i started using that particular schedule).

So I made salat with the kitten again. The first time I made prayer outside the mosque i noticed evertime i would be in the sitting position (sadj), so would the kitten and sometimes some of her friends! Well today was no different, only this time then i got to make salt at another “official” salt time 15 minutes later with a “human” congregation! That’s a real double up. Allahu Akbar.

TODAY 4 all intensive purposes will be treated as the warm-up day to FIRST OFFICIAL DAY OF TRAINING (and the begining of 30 days of BEADST MODE).

Goals

1. As many prayers in congregation or @ masjid as possible

2. Work on time every day (as little sidebar as possible)

3. Aprox 1 juz (or a 30th of Holy Qu’ran) each day

4. Aprox average between 1250 and 1500 calories per day

5. As little fat, sugar and bad carbs (including bread and especially white bread) as possible

6. As much arabic study as i can manage outside classroom

7. 3 a day training (any combination of bike and run, but intent of 3 sessions a day-some will have to be back to back due to time restraints)

8. AT LEAST ONE RESISTANCE TRAINING A DAY (ive been slackin on this item an that is slowing down weight loss, ie muscle burns fat and only isolated resistance truly builds musle)

9. ONCE A WEEK AT LEAST, specialized training, something i hate to do like sprints, interval or stairs-we may substitute basketball, which i dont hate, but is just as effective)

10. NO CUSSING, EXAGERATING or other filthy acts

That’s it, at least publicly for now and the list is subject to change throughout the month as im able to figure out what i can bear (or am willing to).

Hey Im going back 2 bed 4 a bit, i still got two cardio workouts to get in, plus resistance (ive already rode my bike about 10 miles morning (unvested-like a mild-mannered mortal)! did about 30 miles yesterday (vested) on it and 5 miles running (vested) and two nice resistance sessions, plus only ate about 1000 calories buy my calculations, but they are guestimates-staring tommorrow i need to be more precise and measure.)

AND THANKS FOR READING YESTERDAY, IT WAS OUR SECOND MOST ACTIVE DAY EVER !!!!

THANKS WALMART/BEDFORD FOR REPLACING FITNAH, THE VEST WITH A NEW AND IMPROVED MODEL (EVEN THOUGH I COULDN’T FIND MY RECEIPT!!!!!)

WELCOME “THE VEST 2”, to be named later. (FITNAH’s name will be retired). HA!
